Dr. Singh (born 1964) is topper at School and an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce and the Faculty of Commerce and Business, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.

Dr. Singh is currently working as Reader in the Department of Commerce, Faculty of Commerce and Business, DSE, University of Delhi, Delhi-7 since 2000. Dr. Singh is also Coordinator for developing Question Bank for B. Com, (Hons.) appointed by Professor A. K. Bakhshi, Director, Institute of Life-long Learning ILLL), University of Delhi in 2008.

Dr. Singh is the Editor-in Chief of ‘Delhi Business Review’ (2000-2010) and ‘PRANJANA’ (1998-2002). Dr. Singh having 22 years of experience has 98 publications to his credit including eight books, 40 research papers, case studies, editorial reviews, and book reviews published in leading national and international journals. Dr. Singh has conducted various research projects (two of them funded by UGC).

8 Ph.D. Scholars and 4 M. Phil. students have completed their theses/dissertations under his supervision. At present 7 Ph.D. Scholars are working under his supervision for their Ph.D. Degree.

Dr. Singh has conducted various training programmes, delivered key note addresses, chaired technical seminar in conferences & seminars, acted as Chief Guest of several programmes, presented more than 40 papers in international and national conferences (including two award winning papers) and has traveled to various countries like USA, Australia, Austria, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland, France, Thailand, Turkey, Nepal, etc. Dr. Singh is a certified trainer and healer from ESOCEN, USA.

Recently Dr. Singh has been awarded two gold medals from Szent István University, Hungary for significant contributions in the field of academics and research in Jan. 2008 and Nov. 2008. Dr. Singh earned best teacher award for two consecutive years in 1998 and 1999 at IAMT and has always been rated very high in student feedback wherever he has taught. He has been awarded International Diploma of Honor - recognizing significant contributions to global society referenced in the universally distributed International Directory of Distinguished Leadership, 10th ed., American Biograhical Institute, Inc., USA, and Distinguished Leadership Certificate - signifying worldwide recognition through The International Directory of Distinguished Leadership, 10th ed., American Biograhical Institute, USA. Dr. Singh Conferred in 2004 the Honour of Being the Fellow of Indian Commerce Association founded in 1947 for his Outstanding Contribution in the field of Commerce and Management.

Dr. Singh is an expert member panelist of UGC & AICTE. He is life member of various academic and professional bodies like Indian Commerce Association (Executive Member, 2002-2009, and Team Leader - International Strategic Alliance Management Team & WSMT), Indian Accounting Association, National HRD Network, GMDA, and Computer Society of India.
